1. Introduction

At Shri Ram Pharma AFS, we understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, the process for requesting cancellation, and the applicable refund procedures.


2. Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our logistics partner and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.


3. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through any of the following channels:

Please have your order number and registered email or phone number ready when contacting us. We will confirm the status of your order and advise whether cancellation is possible.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned
  • The 24-hour cancellation window has elapsed
  • The order involves specially sourced, custom-manufactured, or made-to-order products
  • The order is part of a confirmed bulk or wholesale purchase agreement

5. Cancellation by Shri Ram Pharma AFS

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable
  • There is a pricing or product information error on our website
  • The order could not be verified due to incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity is detected
  • The delivery location is outside our serviceable areas
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In all such cases where we initiate the cancellation after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


6. Cancellation of Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Bulk and wholesale orders that have been confirmed through written communication or formal purchase orders are generally not eligible for cancellation unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. Please review your requirements thoroughly before placing bulk orders. Contact us to discuss terms before finalising large purchases.


7. Refund on Approved Cancellations

For prepaid orders where cancellation is approved:

  • The full order amount, including any shipping charges paid, will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment refund is applicable as no payment was made upfront.


8. Order Modification

If you need to modify your order (change quantity, address, or product), please contact us within the 24-hour cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed for dispatch.
