3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day will typically be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after receipt of successful payment confirmation.
- During high-demand periods, sale events, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you in such cases.

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at the provided address.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
- If your order arrives with damaged packaging or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
- If damage is discovered after opening a seemingly intact package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product to sales@shriramafs.com.
- We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
- If your order has not been delivered within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information shows no movement, please contact us.
- We will raise a complaint with our logistics partner and investigate the matter.
- If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund as per your preference.
10. Incorrect Delivery Address
- Shri Ram Pharma AFS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.
- Please carefully review your delivery address before completing your order.
